ready, steady, go!

I am starting a new blog, from sketch, once again, this time in english – don’t ask me why.

I think I will speak about Tai Chi or Taiji and my effort to keep my body still working after my 40’s.

Well my Tai Chi still sucks a lot, but I am improving. I am trying to master my 8-form and learning form 24.

When I do not pratice Tai Chi I try to run. I started walking long distance, loosing some weight and finally I started running.  I want to run 10 km in less than 1 hour, I am almost there.
